This extension is developed and published by the Hidden Jewel Apps team ("we", "us", "our"), the party responsible for the extension and any data it processes (the data controller). You can reach us at [email protected].
This extension does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal or browsing data. It has no servers, no analytics, and no third-party services. Everything it does happens locally in your browser.
To switch you to your previously active tab, the extension keeps a short, in-memory list of tab identifiers (numeric tab IDs) ordered by how recently each tab was active. This list:
"tabs": used solely to detect tab activation, window focus, and tab removal, and to activate the target tab when you press the shortcut. The extension does not read tab URLs, titles, or page content.
"storage": used solely to persist the in-memory most-recently-used tab list across the browser's service-worker restarts. No user or browsing data is stored.
The extension requests no host permissions and therefore cannot access the content of any website you visit.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer any data to any third party, because we do not collect any data in the first place.
The only data used (tab IDs) exists only while your browser is running and is discarded when the browser is closed. Nothing is retained long-term.
The extension is a general-purpose utility, collects no data, and is not directed at children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at the same location with a revised effective date.
